Horus Heresy

The Horus Heresy was a history-altering event in the lore of Warhammer 40,000.  The most beloved son of the Emperor, Horus, turned against his father and damned half of the Imperium's forces to the Dark Gods.  This galaxy sundering conflict ruined the dream of a prosperous existence for humanity as the masters of the stars and set the stage for the anarchy of the 41st Millennium.  

The Lafayette Battle-Brothers gaming club hosts Horus Heresy games so that we can battle in both eras of the 40k hobby.  It is not the gaming club's main draw, but it is certainly an offering even though it isn't an active one at the moment.  Shadow collects models in this era as the valiant sons of Sanguinius, the Blood Angels.  Here you'll be able to see how our battles go and the Legion on parade as it develops.
