Shadow's Thunderhawk- Fenrir

So, I've had this amazing beast for a LONG time, and it is my first Forge World Super-heavy.  Gen 2 Thunderhawk (which they don't make anymore) and it got painted AFTER my Titans.  Well, it's finally been tackled and she's ready to take to the skies in her Chapter's livery.  She's been called "Fenrir" for the last several years, though we'll see if she's eventually due for a name change or not.  Enough yapping and time for some pictures, right?

Two decals from the old Chaos (shudder) transfer sheet, Microset and Microsol, then a ton of washes and it all blends in really well.

I did a few new things with the engine exhausts since this is a bigger flyer and puts out a lot more heat and energy than its smaller cousins.

Biiiiiig.

Surprisingly easy to paint though.

The decals add a nice touch and help to break up the profile.

I can honeslty say this was a lot of fun to do and I look forward to her first battle in a painted state.
